Air Liquide Opens New Packaged Gases & Dry Ice Facility in Northern Territory
Air Liquide Pacific has officially opened a new Packaged Gases and Dry Ice facility in Darwin, Northern Territory, expanding local supply capabilities for customers across the region.
New Facility for Industrial and Food Grade Gases
Operational from September 2026, the newly opened Darwin facility operates high-pressure cylinder filling for industrial and food-grade gases, including Argon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, CO2 and food-grade ALIGALTM mixtures, as well as a dedicated dry ice production unit, to serve the needs of Australian businesses in the food, beverage, mining, welding and fabrication, and hospitality markets.
The new facility enhances supply chain reliability and is designed to support regional demand and future opportunities for industrial and food-grade gases, reflecting Air Liquide’s commitment to safety, operational excellence and customer experience.
