What is myGAS?

myGAS is our One-stop Portal to manage your Gas needs. myGAS is a secure, self-service ordering portal that enables you to place orders in your own time and provides immediate access to all information relating to your account.

How to register for a myGAS account?

To register with myGAS please head to https://myportal.airliquide.com/MyGas/AU/myGas/users/AU/register where you will be asked a series of questions. Please have your Air Liquide Australia account number ready as this will be the key to being able to register. This account will be treated as the “Administrator” for you and your company's access to myGAS.

How many myGAS users can we have?

The account Administrator will have the ability to create sub users. Each sub user will have a unique username (email address) and password when they are set up. The Administrator account will have the ability to set the permissions each sub user has. 

How to reset myGAS password?

Each myGAS user can request a password change directly from the login page. Simply click on "Forgot your password?" on the right end of this login page.

Enter the email address of your myGAS account and click on the “Submit” button. You will then receive an email that allows you to reset your myGAS account password autonomously.

Can I order gas products at any time online?

Our customer Portal is available 24/7 to place orders for your gas.

From the moment the gas order is placed by you, you can follow up the order status online via the portal. We have made your ordering experience super easy via our re-order functionality.

Re-order functionality: Any gas order can be reordered, simply by clicking on the button “re-order”. This will load all the products of your previous order to the shopping basket.

How accurate is the data in the portal?

All myGAS data is available in real time. This will help keep you updated consistently with the progress of your orders and provide the ability to find past orders and information relating to your order for up to 12 months.

Can I receive deliveries outside of my planned days?

Our team works hard to plan out our drivers days to ensure we can get as much delivered while we’re out on the road. Where we have capacity, we may be able to arrange same day delivery to you.

Are myGAS stock levels accurate?

If we are experiencing any issues fulfilling products, you won’t be able to order it through our portal. In any instance when an ordered product is not available, a member of our team will contact you to provide an update and work with you on when we can get the products to you

What is my delivery ETA?

When you are placing your order our team will confirm the next available delivery date with you and organise a date for delivery. 

On the day of delivery, we will aim to have your order delivered during your operating hours we have on your account. If you would like to be kept updated, our drivers can have an email or SMS sent to you to let you know you are our next delivery and a more accurate ETA.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

You are unable to make any changes to your order directly through myGAS. You can email or call our team for assistance in cancelling or putting through any changes on your order.

How can I view my current cylinder stock?

You can see how many cylinders we have on record that are on your site.

When you are logged into your myGAS account you will see the option for “My Cylinder Stocks”. This lists out each product and the quantity you have held over a period of the current month, the last 3 months and up to 6 months.

Where can I view my cylinder barcodes?

If we have scanned a barcode when delivering your cylinders, you can see this by clicking on the number in the “Holdings” column. This can help when completing a stock check onsite and communicating with us if there are any discrepancies.

This information can be downloaded via the “Rental Document” feature which will list out the products, barcodes (if available), the docket we delivered these on and returned them on as well as the date the deliveries occurred. 

If you have multiple accounts, you can change between the accounts via the drop down box located under “My Cylinder Stocks”.
